Someone asks how to buy a luxury car. The answer: find who owns one, learn how they paid for it (usually real estate), copy their strategy. Build relationships with people who've done it, then generate passive income from rental properties.

Hey Cody, how do I get a car like this?
Well, step 1, figure out who has what you want. If you want the Ferrari, figure out who owns it and then how they buy it. How we bought it was with apartments.
Once you figure out how they did that, you implement their strategy, consistently meet with them, form that relationship. Everything that we've done has been off the relationships we've formed over years of meeting with people who've done exactly what we want to do.
If you're going to do stupid stuff like this, make sure to do it with passive income.
