If we're being fully transparent, I had a legitimate panic attack at 3 in the morning about not being able to provide and started Googling, how the heck do I make extra money? And that led me to BiggerPockets articles about real estate investing. And I started to learn that like just normal people did this. And I was like, well, if normal people can do this, I gotta be able to figure it out. Well, I prayed. So I told myself and God at 3 in the morning that I was going to figure out how to be a successful real estate investor. If all these other people could do it, I could do it. And like, I just felt like it was my way out. I don't know, man. I just felt comfortable with real estate as a business option.
