Here's how I grew my portfolio to $23 million by 23 years old. I had to map out 3 points to build relationships with people. You got your relatable points, which is your past goals, which is where you're going, and then significance, what changes for you when you get there. Once you've mapped that out for your story, who do you got to share it with? The people who have done what you want to do in the market you want to do it in. I found apartment owners over in Moses Lake in Grant County, Washington, called them up, learned how they got to where they're at. I shared my relatable points, which is where I'm coming from, where I'm going, and why it's important to me. After building those relationships, they offered to sell their properties. It was off market. I picked up $23 million worth of real estate in just 3 and a half years.
