Hey, I'm Johnny, your speaker on Making Millions with Maintenance. It was a great event today. It was really awesome. Fantastic. I loved our keynote speaker, Lakea. She's one of my favorites. She's a captivating speaker who has a wealth of experience in real estate, and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to her. But we had a great event today. We have a huge, massive turnout. There's way more people. And, well, the thing is, the largest audience I've gotten to talk to, and it was really cool just getting a chance to talk with investors and, you know, make them aware of all the cool things about maintenance and ways that they can save money and increase the value to their properties.
