How to manage a ridiculously busy schedule. I have a lot of things going on. I have a multifamily property management company. We have rentals, we have a resort. I have a few other businesses. It's very, very busy. I work basically every second of the day. How do you manage all of this? Well, there's a few basic things. You just need to put them into 2, maybe kind of 3 boxes. First of all, what things are urgent? Second, what things are critical? And then your third box is what things are both. Do the box where everything is both first. Then if you have urgent things that you really think are important, they are time sensitive. So do those and make sure you leave enough time to finish all your critical tasks. That's all you do. The ability to do this very quickly is just make a decision immediately. What categories does this fall into? How am I going to treat it? And you can just get activity after activity done. Most people get stuck there. Don't get stuck there.
