I got a husband hack for you. So my wife wanted to replace her dishwasher, which is totally fine. I got rid of the old one, which she used like 10 times, and put it in my garage. But she wanted me to get it out of the garage. I couldn't find anyone to buy it. I didn't want to deal with this. So what do we do? We bought hundreds of rental properties all over the state of Texas, and we just waited for a dishwasher to fail. We finally got one out, so I drove it on down to the property. She thinks I sold it, but really It's at the property about to be installed. There we go, not half bad. You want to get out of work? Just buy a couple hundred properties and drop your problems off there.
