All right, friends, just closed on another 9 units in Washington State. I'm down here fishing in Florida today. However, we just signed for another 9-plex, 6 multifamily, 3 retail spaces in Grant County, Washington. This is actually sharing a parking lot with another mixed-use building I have. And this is the type of deals you can do. This was not just zero down. We got paid $50,000 at close to buy this building, and this building is going to make us hundreds of thousands of dollars. These deals are out there. They're still out there. You could be buying the same, and kind of fun to buy it in the middle of a fishing trip.
