Starting over with a business, the speaker explains how knowing what works makes rebuilding faster. The real trade-off: rapid growth demands aggressive borrowing. With creative financing, you could hit 100 units yearly from scratch, but you'd carry more debt than before.

As you progress, it gets easier to do the things that you've already done. Like, it would take faster to get to where we're at doing it again. But oh my goodness, and we don't want to start over. We could totally redo it. We would just have to take on more debt than we did to do what we did. Like, the speed, you just borrow more money, figure out how to borrow more debt, and get a little bit more creative. And you can do 100 units in a year starting from ground zero. It's just you're going to borrow a lot more money than we did.
