Real estate investor Christian Osgood is buying a property with a campus housing 100-150 children. He's furious about a broken playground and tattered American flag, calling it horrendous, but plans to fix both before closing in a few weeks.

Pissed off, man. I'm at a property I'm just about to buy. Not only do you have a busted playground, tattered, gross, beat-up American flag. That is not allowed, especially in Texas. That is horrendous. We're getting that fixed. Check this out. An otherwise beautiful campus. That is your playground for the 100 or so kids. I think about 150 kids who live here. This is not acceptable. So we're going to get the main things done. When you get into the campus, it's actually quite beautiful. We have awesome properties. It looks amazing. But we're closing on this in just a few weeks. When we sign, we're driving out here. I'm replacing the flag myself.
