Is there a Rent Collection Service for Hybrid Managing?

Is there— if I'm hybrid managing a property, is there a rent collection service, like outsource somebody that can collect rent on my behalf? Yes. Or is that—

okay. Basically, so yeah, on hybrid you can absolutely do that. The easiest way to do it though is there's a ton of not that expensive software out there. Apparently Apartments.com can do it now, which they couldn't do that when I worked for them. RentReady, Hemlane is the one that I'm really excited about right now. I probably should reach out to them to like have them integrate with us. I love Hemlane. Buildium. There's a bunch of software where your tenants can just pay rent online to you. It automatically collects, it does the accounting, it does your marketing and posting listings. But having a listing platform for hybrid management is what I would do. And then you send that platform, you give logins to anyone who needs it.
