It IS doable, you can achieve it a lot sooner than you think!

If you are someone who's like, hey, I have $0 right now and I'm trying to buy real estate, I was there and I've documented it on YouTube. You can see the original videos. Have no money, have no real estate all the way through. I've actually done the thing. If you want to learn how to do the thing, that's where someone would reach out. They check out, you know, YouTube for free, free courses. There are all sorts of stuff that you can do to get the knowledge. But if you want to get into a community and you want to be around people with direct coaching, that's the type of thing you look for. And I have a bunch of friends who I've made over the past few years and a lot of mentors that I've had who they will mentor you, some free, some paid, depending on how large their organization is, but you can actually build fantastic community if it's a person who's really done it.
