A strategy for buying income-producing assets with no money down by creating synthetic liabilities that you pay off with the assets' cash flow. You stack notes and assets, repeating until the combined income exceeds your debt payments, then use that surplus to eliminate the notes and keep the property free and clear.

You can buy any piece of property with absolutely no money. Here's how you do it. First, you create a note. A note costs you money every month. It's completely made-up money. So make the note, use it to buy assets represented by this coin. Now assets should have positive income, so pretend this is real estate. You write a note, you buy an asset, and then you buy another asset and stack it there. Another note, another asset, another note, another asset. Now these assets need to cash flow more than the liability. You then use that cash flow, pay off the note, and now you own it without any debt.
