These people online told me I had to have money to start buying real estate, so I bought a couple duplexes and turns out I didn't have any money. Bought a little cash flow, had to start all over again. Right now we're at a property I purchased for $1 million, seller financed. This thing makes a ton of money. Across the way over there is a resort I bought for $4.5 million when I had no money in my bank account. I'll tell you what, they make a lot more than the duplexes. You gotta find deals that cash flow, and you don't need money to buy real estate. You need creativity. If you're starting with less than you need for financial freedom, just go out and find the opportunities. There's a lack of opportunities. There is not a lack of cash. I promise you, there are so many ways to structure debt and equity, and it's not that hard. You need to find the opportunities. If you don't know how, find someone who's doing it. I wish someone told me this earlier, so I'm telling you, if you wanna buy more real estate than the money you have, go out and find the opportunities.
