Cody and Christian built a $20 million real estate portfolio with 110 apartments and a resort in 1.5 years using creative financing. They want to share their methods and collaborate on YouTube, podcasts, and speaking events so others can do the same.

Hey, my name is Cody. I'm here with my business partner Christian. Over the last year and a half, picked up a $20 million real estate portfolio consisting of 110 apartments and a resort, and we'd like to share the message with folks so they can go repeat the same thing. If you have a YouTube channel, podcast, want to get us on stage public speaking, anything we can do to share the adventure. 2023, want to show what's possible. We did this all creative finance, so if you want to learn business, real estate, we're there.
