Christian Osgood converts an 8,000-square-foot former police station and jail into luxury apartments, two units for disabled veterans, an indoor playground, and a shared kitchen. A downtown adaptive-reuse project that revitalizes the city center while creating inclusive housing.

This was an 8,000-square-foot property, and we're turning it into 4 luxury 2-bedroom units that I fully designed myself, and then 2 disabled veterans units, fully ADA compliant, an indoor playground, and a cold kitchen. And so we are completely revitalizing— this was a police station jail, so it's right downtown. And so we're completely revitalizing the area with this type of a project that we know will mean a lot to the city, and we're just excited about being a part of that.
