When I was in my 20s, I bought a resort in the most beautiful place in Washington State. However, it was completely beat up. Now, I bought this thing seller financed, 4.5% interest. I did this $0 out of pocket because at the time I had $0 in my pocket. We just finished renovating the pub. We're 3 years into the project.
