Christian Osgood bought a resort expansion with 100% financing, zero down. It worked because his business had strong cash flow and debt ratios. He warns the strategy is risky and only makes sense with solid financial fundamentals already in place.

How to buy a million-dollar house, zero money down. You borrow a million dollars. Seriously though, we did this, but it was part of an expansion play of an existing resort where we had a much more responsible debt-to-income ratio. You can't just borrow your way through everything. Price actually does matter. You need to have some equity in a project. 100% leverage is a bad place to be. However, we did do this on a house. It did work. Want a million-dollar house? Borrow a million dollars, buy the house.
