Christian Osgood took MrBeast's strategy of reinvesting 100% of profits into the next venture and applied it to real estate. He scaled from four units to over 225 units under contract by plowing all cash flow back into acquisitions and improvements instead of diversifying.

I stole this strategy from MrBeast. It's the concept of 100% reinvestment. We had a video that did well, took the proceeds, invested in the next video, took all the money, invested again, invested again. Today he still does that. He doesn't have large stock portfolios. He doesn't have huge real estate portfolios because that's not his niche. He found the main thing and he reinvests again and again and again. I did this in real estate because that is my niche. Bought some multifamily buildings, did it $0 out of pocket. They all cash flow. Cash flow comes in, buys more real estate. Cash flow comes in, improves the real estate. Cash flow comes in, does more marketing for real estate. I took all of the income streams we've built multiple, and they all go into growing the core brand. When you have something that works, don't invest in other stuff. Don't hedge, don't play defense, continue to play offense. This works really well for him. It's worked well for me. I went from 4 units to a fairly short period of time, 225 units under contract for over 100 more. Anyone can follow this strategy, but 100% reinvestment, best idea I've ever seen. Worked really well for me. Hopefully it works for you.
