This is a 44-unit campus. It's 55 up, which is my favorite asset type of all time. It's not senior assisted living, it's just senior living. Comes with a full nice clean computer lab, beautiful office space. This is usually where I headquarter out. This is my normal landing spot when I come down to work here in Stephenville, and we're surrounded by apartments that look like this. 100% occupancy, let's go.
