We bought a 24-unit seller-financed in Huntsville, Alabama.

We're just outside this 10-unit apartment building that I'm about to close on in a couple days' time.

14 units in Jacksonville, just closed yesterday. We recently closed on a nice little 6-unit apartment complex.

So I actually ended up closing on his last 8-unit building a couple of weeks ago.

I am so glad that I found a group that could hold me accountable and teach me how to buy these big multifamily projects.

Now, after the deal is closed, You've given me the strategy on how to improve. He proposed the terms, he proposed the price.

Really excited for the project, should be a really good one. Will cash flow nicely day one.

This is our first true multifamily property and we're pretty excited about it.
