Hey, welcome to 2023. Last year, this really helped my business. Hopefully this will help you. So what we did last year is we focused on build year together. Me and my business partner Cody Davis bought 100+ apartment units and a seller-financed waterfront resort. Did it all with creative financing, but we built the business first, all the pieces that we needed to build the life we want. This year is going to be a lot of stabilization, renovation, optimization. We're still not paying ourselves a ton of the cash flow, but what we did first is we got to financial freedom, then worked backwards. We did it in one year. Now, a lot of sacrifice, a lot of missed parties, Uh, missed weddings. It was rough. A lot of 20-hour work days driving over the pass. Passive income's not always passive, but that really helped me having one year where we just committed to, hey, this is going to be intense focus and this is what we're doing.
