Two speakers wrap up BPCon and discuss Speaker B's recent acquisition of a 24-unit multifamily property in Huntsville, Alabama. Renovations are nearly done, and leasing comes next. Both reflect on meeting new people and strengthening connections at the conference.

We're at BPCon, final day. Eddie, how was it? It was incredible. Got to meet a lot of new people and nourish our relationships that we have right now.
For those who don't know, he just bought a 24-unit in— it was Alabama, right? Yeah, Huntsville. There you go. How's that project going?
It's going great, you know, working with the contractor. We're finishing up renovations and then we have to lease up all the units. So there we go. Great event, awesome investor. Looking forward to following your journey, man.
