What's something that someone could avoid that hurt in the last decade of business? Well, one thing I would say is that you're going to need people. You can't build everything yourself. He didn't surround himself with accountants that were all in, that truly liked him and cared about him. They're just there with you for the money, but they don't care about you. They don't know your family. If everything goes bad, they're going to run. So I think the most important thing is who is all in with you.
