What do you normally recommend for the properties which is an auction? One of the problems that I have is like often you lack some really critical inputs. So auction can be a little tricky with multifamily. One of the most important things that you can do is do a full due diligence. You're often also kind of limited on what due diligence you're allowed to do. Usually I recommend against doing an auction as a first or second property. If you really know your market and you're like, hey, at this price I'll make money on anything, then you can go ahead and do the auction. If they have a full due diligence package that you can vet, you're going to underwrite that deal just like any other deal. And the discipline on the auction is just going in knowing this is where this is a deal for me.
