Robin Hood Village Resort update. For those who don't know, we bought this whole thing seller financed, $4.5 million, back when we had $0 in pocket. We are now working on getting it all cleaned up. Just got a whole bunch of trees limbed and set up, so we're getting those branches removed, but beautifying the campus right now. Wedding tent— I don't know if you can see it well from here— the wedding tent we just got up today, so that is back in action. Our first wedding is going to be about 2 weeks out. But man, we came here about— oh man, was that 2 and a half weeks ago? This place was a disaster. I ended up firing about half my staff. We got a new team in here. I'm here. There's been a ton of work, but we fixed the problems. If you are new to real estate, there is a lot that you have to do actively on projects. Nothing ever goes exactly as planned. This was hard, but it's starting to feel really good. Beautiful day, beautiful campus. Almost there.
