It's actually the first rental property I ever purchased. We're finally parting ways with it and got downzoned from multifamily to single family. Fortunately, we're in an area where as a big house, it actually still sells pretty well. Doing our walkthrough, not terrible. Got stone countertops in here, they're still in great condition. Cabinets look fine, flooring is very nice. They did a very reasonable job cleaning this. One thing I love about this property, it has super high ceilings. When I got started, I bought this thing conventionally originally to live in it, but turned it into rental. So this was going to be a house hack. We bought it $30,000 down, uh, then COVID hit, we decided not to move. There's one unit bathroom we're going to do some reno in, but not a whole lot, just basically cleaning up the walls, adding mirrors, swapping out appliances. Good stuff.
