Should I be a broker to be an investor? Question is, do you want to be a broker? Being a broker is a service job where you are helping other people get into real estate, and people who love the social aspect, love being around people, love talking, and don't mind paperwork can be brokers. Now, I hate the paperwork of being a broker. I don't like driving around, and I'm just not that social. It's not my personality type. You can be that and be a broker, but that is probably not the highest and best use of your time if that is your personality type. Now, if you're very social and you love this thing, this is going to be fun for you. But don't be a broker if you don't want to be a broker. It is not something that you need to be a real estate investor in any way, shape, or form. And we will preach that till the day we die.
