There are a very small number of activities that generate money. Most of everything else is just noise. You have to let people know that you exist. You have to make them an offer that solves a specific problem in exchange for money. You have to get agreement from them and you have to exchange money for services, and then you have to deliver that product or service to them.
This is the best I've ever heard it. This is a way of saying keep it simple. Make it about the activities that actually make money. In the real estate space, the most common questions I get have nothing to do with actually finding a deal and making money. What do you need to do? You need to find a deal. Then you need to line up a debt product, which is most your money. And if you need more money, you need to find other people who want to make money in real estate, who want to go on the adventure with you. That's the entire process. If you are worried about the LLC structure or what creative clauses you want to use or any of the million other things that are stressing you out that do not make you money, you are wasting your time. You need to find a deal. If you are getting into real estate, find a deal, bring it to other people, get the deal closed. You've now bought a property.
