Story time. So I actually started investing with one duplex. I bought about an hour away from where I live, and then I bought a second duplex. And at that point, I ran out of money, didn't know what to buy next, and then I ran into this guy. Yeah, and then I got him to stop buying duplexes. We bought a 38-unit apartment building. Fast forward a year and a half later, we got 110 apartments and a resort. Gotta be bigger thinkers. Think a little bigger, buy a little bigger, you can make it happen. Buy big.
