New owners at Robin Hood property document their first day: an indoor pool joke turns serious when a sink bursts and floods cabins 3 and 4. They show the cleanup work underway, with Matt doing the heavy lifting while the host films the remediation effort.

In hospitality, amenities are important. We have an indoor pool. No, no, I'm just kidding. I'm here with Matt. He's helping us run the Robin Hood. We're doing, uh, first day on the job with new ownership, new partners, and, uh, we had a sink blow up literally while we're here. So we just finished doing cabin 4 for flood remediation. Welcome to cabin 3. We're getting it done. I'm going to get back to work and stop filming because I'm, uh, Matt's doing all the work.
