This is why tenant screening is so important. When tenants move out and trash the unit, if you have like a really messy or rough tenant, it is really expensive to turn the units. Look at this. This is a 1-bed, uh, unit in our 44-unit here in Stephenville, Texas. Beautiful building on the outside, simple layouts. This is a 55 and up community, uh, only one of my portfolio actually. But this is what it looks like when they move out. Totally clean, everything is in great conditions. We're going to swap out the toilet just because it's a little bit old, a little bit beat up. I want to get new stuff in here. Uh, but we're gonna swap a toilet. We're going to deep clean, even though if you're seeing what I'm seeing, there's not a whole lot to clean here. Uh, stove burner plates need to be swapped. Like, guys, look at that. This is a great unit. This is what you want to see, and this is what happens when you do a good job leasing great units to great people.
