So when you all say landlords are evil and we're all slumlords, this is the type of stuff that we buy. This is 76 units and this is affordable housing. These are 3, 4 bedrooms. It is rent restricted, which means I actually can't charge more than 50% of average gross median income for a majority of this campus. 40, 50, some of them are capped at 60%. The point is, this is affordable housing. We provide great housing for great people and we bought this $0 out of pocket. With $0, you can still make a ton of money doing deals exactly like these.
