Hey, welcome to our seller finance resort. This is cabin number 4. We had flooding of the water heater, which of course is on the third story, flooded through the walls, flooded just about everything, but it really all pooled in the kitchen. So we're getting the floors up right now, getting them replaced today. So more on that, we'll give you a before and after here. Then it came in through the ceiling on the second floor landing. So we have that all cut out, ready to go. We have a crazy texture on the ceiling that I cannot match. So let me get patched today and we might actually have a guest in here before the ceiling's done correctly. It's going to look a little janky, but it will be done correctly. I'm gonna have to come in and re-mud that whole darn thing. So, uh, here we go. Water damage, pretty much worst thing that happens to a building. We should have it all knocked out today.
