Christian Osgood walks through the worst unit in his first rental building, destroyed by a tenant who had to be paid to leave. He's closing off a wall to make it one bedroom, ripping out the kitchen, and finishing the bathrooms. The shell is solid and the space is big enough to turn into something nice.

All right, we're in the grossest unit in our first building we ever purchased. This was actually the worst tenant we've ever had. We actually had to pay them to leave, which was awful. They did a ton of damage to a bunch of our other buildings, so that's a story for another time. However, check it out. We have, uh, we have some subpar conditions, but we have a really good shell of a building to, uh, put together. I think we close off this wall, make it a one bed, remove the Kodi so that we can rent this out. At least we have— it's basically rough-in for the bathrooms. I mean, this is pretty pretty gnarly. Not really livable, but they made do. Happy to have no humans in here because we can actually make this a really nice place. It's a sizable area. We'll keep you all updated on the renovations. This place will be cool.
