When you have a disaster like this, I'm in a unit that just burned down. Now, fortunately, it is insured, but the most important thing is that your tenants are safe. So fortunately, no one was harmed. The fire was bad enough in one unit where we actually had to move both tenants out. The other tenant was absolutely pissed, but there's nothing you can do. It's all about health and safety. This will take about a year to rebuild, but the end of all things, insurance will step in. They pay your rent for the whole year it's going to take to rebuild this, and we'll get basically a brand new duplex out of it. So you don't want to do this all the time. Insurance will just cancel you if this happens often, but This is exactly what insurance is for. So, uh, we'll keep you guys posted. Brand new duplex incoming.
