If you want to buy a truck, you go out and you find a truck. If you want to get into multifamily, you don't start by buying a single-family house because that's not getting you into multifamily. If you want to get into multifamily, buy a multifamily apartment. Everyone who buys multifamily apartments doesn't start with all the money sitting under their desk anyway. So the way you're going to buy it the same is pretty much everyone else. So skip the single family, just buy what you're out there to buy.
