I'm here at our seller finance resort. We bought this $4.5 million thing, $0 out of pocket. This pub behind me used to be an active bar. In fact, all the locals, including Bill Gates' family, the Nordstroms family, a whole bunch of people used to come down and actually order out of this bar. Now, we converted this a while back into a little event space. It's a bookable space. You can actually drop a bed down out of that wall, so there's actually a bookable suite as well. But we are trying to— attempting to reopen the bar. This is something the city's wanted for a long time. The people in this community used to love this space. They'd play music in here, they'd drink here. This was a beloved area of the community. So our project— let's see if we can't get this bad boy opened up. I'm not big on owning a bar, but if we can get the permitting done, this could end up being one of the coolest projects we've ever done. Stay tuned.
