This is episode 415 of Illegal Crap That I See at Buildings. This sign came with the building. I just found this. I've owned this thing for about a year. We tear these down. This is illegal. You have to accept cash. We're in the state of Texas. Almost every single state has this rule, and we do in fact accept cash. Every time I go to this office, there's always a pile of cash to grab, so I'll be depositing these later today. But I don't know why it's so hard for landlords to actually follow the rules. They're all posted online. You even have ChatGPT to help you through. But when people hate landlords, it's the little stuff like this that drives me nuts.
