This is how you make money on a unit turn. Repainting the walls— every single building in this town we have this same exact color. It's the slightly off-white, it's not quite a dark gray, neutral, easy to do. Fans, $100. Modern, nice, simple. We're going black and white. We do not want to do anything trendy here. Other room, same thing. We replaced the floors in every unit but this. This tile is actually in fantastic condition, so we were able to salvage that. Bathroom vanity, $120. Look at this thing. This mirror costs like $50. New light fixtures, vanity. We're able to salvage the shower and clean that up as well. Sometimes we replace them, not that expensive, but going for livability here. Kitchen's almost done, so we're gonna have this on market in like 2 days. No fridge yet. Countertop's redone, cabinetry done, salvaged all of it. Stove able to stay in here. This one's kind of interesting because it's black and white, so we can kind of get creative with what color we go with appliance. But generally speaking, match the color of your appliances so you don't look like a slumlord.
