Christian Osgood explains how to break into real estate investing: find someone already doing deals, offer to work for free, and prove you're reliable. Once they trust you, they'll bring you into a property or opportunity, which opens doors to more deals.

Everyone started by finding someone who did the thing that you want to do, and you met them and someone dealt you in. That is the number one thing. If you're starting from zero, that is the step. And you know what? You probably don't have anything to offer them. Like, realistically, you might be able to help them, but like, look what you did. You reached out and you said, hey, I'll do anything. I can work for free. I can do all this. What did he do? His response was, here, let me deal you in. Here's a property. There's a lot of people who will just welcome you to the table and you get that one person, they introduce you to someone else, they introduce you to someone else, you get some experience and now you're off to the races.
