You can hire an accountant or a lawyer or an employee or a CEO or a COO who is just a mercenary. You've done a lot of things right. What's something that someone could avoid that hurt in the last decade of business? Well, one thing I would say is that you're going to need people. You can't build everything yourself. And the most dangerous thing you do is surround yourself with people that aren't all in on your vision. I do private mentoring. I got a private mentor client, did not structure his companies and got hit with taxes on $50 million. That can be deadly. But more important Why did that happen to him? He didn't surround himself with accountants that were all in, that truly liked him and cared about him. They're just there with you for the money, but they don't care about you. They don't know your family. If everything goes bad, they're going to run. So I think the most important thing is who is all in with you.
