Every time I write a note between me and a private individual, I always still clarify with them. I will save a copy and I will save it in the cloud and my lawyer will also have it. That being said, save your documentation. This is your golden ticket to the money that you have placed in here. Do not misplace your ticket. I will track it for you, but you are also responsible for keeping track of this note. It's a private note and you are a private individual. I always say it the same way every time.
