This tenant FLOODED the unit

So my tenant got evicted this morning. Police pull him out. He goes, hey, I need to go in and get a couple pictures. They don't watch him when he goes back in. He does grab the pictures. He also breaks all of the plumbing in his entire unit, so water spraying everywhere. Leaves the building, the police leave. An hour later, my contractor's coming in to turn the unit. Completely flooded. Now my entire building has the water shut off, and now the guy is back harassing my contractors, trying to break back into the building. Police, when you guys do the eviction, please make sure you actually get the tenant out of there. And for the love of God, make sure they don't walk back into the unit and vandalize it. That is just absolutely crazy. Anyway, uh, because he came back, we're arresting him. But he got evicted because he hadn't paid in 4 months. I don't think we're gonna get any money from him because I don't think he has any. Bummer.
