Alright, Christian with another Slum Score coming in. Uh, this is, uh, rating my own building that I've never been to in my life. Uh, this is one that we are going to be renovating and completely gutting. Initial take: siding, poor. Interior, very poor. Pet score, I see we're going to be charging rent for 1, 2, 3 pets over there. So at least we got some extra revenue out of this thing. Popping in over here. Not going into that room. That's too gross. Very nasty. Leaking faucet, mold in there. Don't want to go in. All right, slum score. I'm going to call this one, if someone was actually to try to live in this unit, which was marketed by the way as an available unit when we picked this up, I'm going to slum score this one an 8.4 out of 10. I have seen a lot worse, but this is pretty horrible.
