This unit isā holy crap, thisā the air tastes bad in here. Okay, this is gonna be a fast video, guys. I'm almost done converting the hotel. This is one of our untouched units. This thingā I want to just point out, there are bugs that are just now just part of the wall. This reminds me of Davy Jones' ship in Pirates of the Caribbean. They're one of the crew. This is horrible. This unit is disgusting. I'm leaving. This is the last one, last like 3 units in this building that suck. Everything else, gorgeous. Here's an adjacent unit, a little different layout lengthwise, back end of the building. This is the unit got broken into. They came in right when we started renovating this building. They came in, they built a ladder out of shipping pallets and tried to invade this unit. That was also an adventure. But again, it's very similar layout. You have the kitchen in the back, you have your refrigerator. Again, very super simple units. This is the type of stuff that I love renovating though. This city needs affordable housing. This was a failing motel. So for all you who are calling me a slumlord, this was a nasty project with a bunch of homeless living in it. There was multiple drug dealers. We solved the problems and we turned it into usable space at ultra affordable rent for people who need housing. So to all my haters out there, if you're down on your luck, you're looking for somewhere to live for a little bit, this is excellent housing for people who need it.
