This unit is GROSS

All right, this is a nasty unit. It's one of the last units we have to do in this building, but this I'm going to go through quick because there are just bugs and cockroaches that are mostly dead. However, some are alive, uh, here in the unit just doing their thing. This is kind of part of doing real estate is sometimes your tenants are gross, but we still provide great housing for great people even when the people aren't actually all that great. This is the grossest part though. Check out the bathroom. That is just a whole mess of absolutely gorgeous— if you're wondering if that's black gross mold, it is. Uh, this tenant came with the property when we bought it. We didn't place them, thank God, but they're gone now. We're fixing the unit. 26 units almost complete. That will be the 4th completed project once we get done, but we save the worst for last. And, uh, yeah, I'm out of here.
