When people buy properties like this, they think, oh, this is a cute little add-on. I don't. I think this is a huge problem because I see timber box because there is an unmanaged grill on top of it, and these steps are actually not to code. They are too high, so somebody could trip and actually sue you. So when you are buying a new property like this, you want to think, how can I protect my tenants but also make it livable?
