We are in Ephrata, Washington.
12-plex. Well, what's the story on this place? We got a little kitchen here. Is this a 1-bed? Is it a studio? What are we looking at?
This is a 1-bed unit. This is a 12-plex that was absolutely gross when we first bought it. We actually had plumbing under here that wasn't even connected to anything, so water is running under the building. Got that fixed. Units are cleaning up.
