Unexpected Slum score

A rental bathroom inspection reveals carpeted walls, mold, and bad caulk. Despite looking terrible, it's waterproof and scores 6.8 out of 10 on the slum scale, lower than expected for such a dismal space.

Might be the most impressive I have ever seen. Look, oh, that is a beauty. You're likely expecting a high slum score here. However, this one's only a 6.8 out of 10. I just reviewed a bathroom that had carpeted walls, and yes, it is exactly as moldy and disgusting as you might think. While this is bad, it is in fact waterproof, and I've seen a lot worse things than bad caulk in a unit. That's a review.
