Two similar 4-bedroom Airbnbs generate $100,000 and $150,000 annually. The difference comes down to location and competitive positioning: like Burger King opening across from McDonald's, hosts need to study the data and pick the right spot to capture traffic.

I see an Airbnb, it's a 4-bedroom within, you know, a certain city. This 4-bedroom is making $100,000 a year. Here's another 4-bedroom that's making $150,000 a year. What is the difference between these two? Why is that happening? You study the data to be able to recognize a pattern within the data. I use the Burger King logic. McDonald's spends $1 million to figure out what corner to be on. Burger King opens up across the street.
